Nuggets 117, Timberwolves 110: Ty Lawson led eight players in double figures with 23 points as visiting Denver notched its fourth straight victory.

Lawson's backup, Nate Robinson, contributed 15 points in 22 minutes, while Kenneth Faried went for 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting. Robinson made three 3-pointers to help the Nuggets shoot 8-of-16 from behind the arc, while Jordan Hamilton made a pair of long-range shots en route to 11 points off the bench.

All five Timberwolves starters scored at least 14 points, led by Kevin Martin's 29 points that included an 11-of-11 effort from the foul line. Kevin Love posted 19 points and 15 rebounds and Nikola Pekovic had 21 and 10 for Minnesota, which has lost five of its last six games.

The Nuggets shot 63 percent in the first half, making 6-of-8 attempts from 3-point range en route to a 64-55 lead at intermission. Lawson and Robinson paced Denver with 13 points apiece in the opening two quarters, while Martin entered the locker room with 17 points to lead the Timberwolves.

Minnesota started to fade midway through the fourth quarter before a 12-2 run, fueled by two 3-pointers by Love, brought the hosts within 103-102 with 3:57 remaining. The Nuggets responded by making the next three baskets, including two hoops by J.J. Hickson, to restore order before Lawson's four late free throws sealed the win.
