Kevin Durant scored eight of his 39 points in overtime to lift the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 115-114 victory over the visiting Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.

Durant was responsible for all but one of his team’s points in the extra session. Russell Westbrook’s free throw with 11 seconds left served as the game-winner.

Stephen Curry scored 35 points and David Lee had 24 and 15 rebounds for the Warriors, who dropped their seventh in a row on the road.

Durant’s jumper evened the score at 114-114 with 48 seconds to go in overtime. Following a miss by Curry, Westbrook missed his first free throw before nailing the second.

Serge Ibaka scored 19 points and Westbrook added 15 as the Thunder moved to 5-1 on their current homestand.

Ibaka’s layup with 3:48 left in regulation gave the Thunder a 100-90 lead. Oklahoma City still held a 106-100 advantage when Reggie Williams drained a 3-pointer with 11 seconds left and Daequan Cook threw the ensuing inbounds pass right to Ellis, whose 3-pointer tied it with six seconds on the clock.

Durant’s jumper at the buzzer was off the mark, sending it to overtime.
