No. 1 Kentucky 89, Ole Miss 86 (OT): Aaron Harrison scored a season-high 26 points and Willie Cauley-Stein filled up the box score with seven points, 12 rebounds, four blocks and three steals as the host Wildcats remained unbeaten.

Devin Booker contributed 13 points and Andrew Harrison had 12 and five assists for Kentucky (14-0, 1-0 SEC), which scored the game's first 12 points but entered halftime down 38-36 before later squandering a five-point lead late in regulation. Karl-Anthony Towns (11 points) and Trey Lyles (10) also finished in double figures for the Wildcats, who barely won the rebounding battle 34-32 after dominating their opponents on the glass all season.

Stefan Moody battled cramps to score 25 points on 5-of-7 3-point shooting and Jarvis Summers added 23 for the Rebels (9-5, 0-1). Ladarius White pitched in 15 points as Ole Miss shot well from the field (49.2), 3-point line (9-of-17) and foul line (19-of-22) against a Kentucky team that entered allowing a national-low 47.8 points per game.

White's 3-pointer from the corner gave the Rebels an 83-81 lead with 3:22 left in overtime, but Andrew Harrison hit a 3 shortly thereafter to put the Wildcats back in front. Kentucky shot 1-of-4 from the free-throw line in the final 33 seconds, but Summers missed a jumper and Martavious Newby bricked a wild 3-pointer that would have tied the game in the final seconds.

Towns and Aaron Harrison combined for 16 of the first 18 Kentucky points as the hosts jumped out to an 18-5 lead, but Ole Miss answered with 10 straight points and surged ahead 30-26 on back-to-back 3s by Moody. The Wildcats quickly erased their two-point halftime deficit and led most of the second half before the Rebels went on a 7-2 run in the final 2 1/2 minutes - including a big 3-pointer by White - to force overtime.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Only two of Kentucky's first 13 opponents had scored more than 50 points - North Carolina (70) and Boston University (65). The Wildcats entered defeating their opponents by an average of 27.5 points per game. ... Wildcats G Tyler Ulis, who scored a career-high 14 points in his team's previous game, was limited to two points in this one. ... Moody scored 16 points to lead all scorers in the first half. Aaron Harrison scored 15 first-half points to pace Kentucky.
