Kendrys Morales hit two home runs and had four RBIs to help the Toronto Blue Jays to a 5-3 victory over the visiting Baltimore Orioles in the opener of a three-game series Monday night.

It was the second two-homer game of the season for Morales, who hit two solo shots at Minnesota on May 1.

Kevin Pillar added two doubles and one RBI as the Blue Jays ended a four-game losing streak.

Renato Nunez homered for the Orioles, who have lost four of their last five and nine of 11.

Toronto starter Marco Estrada (7-9) allowed three runs, seven hits and three walks while striking out four in 5 1/3 innings.

Ken Giles pitched a perfect ninth to earn his fourth save for the Blue Jays and his 16th of the season.

Baltimore starter Andrew Cashner (4-11) allowed five runs, seven hits and three walks with two strikeouts in six innings.

The Orioles scored once in the third. Jonathan Villar hit a one-out single and Trey Mancini beat out an infield single to third. Villar stole third, Adam Jones walked to load the bases and Chris Davis hit a sacrifice fly.

Morales tied the game in the fourth with his first homer of the game. Toronto threatened to score more in the inning. Russell Martin walked, and Danny Jansen hit a ground-rule double with two out, but Aledmys Diaz struck out.

Martin has reached base safely in 17 consecutive games and the rookie Jansen has at least one hit in all six major-league games that he has started.

The Blue Jays took a 5-1 lead with a four-run fifth. Richard Urena hit a ground-rule double and scored on Pillar's double. Justin Smoak walked, and Morales hit a three-run bomb for his 16th homer of the season.

Nunez led off Baltimore's two-run sixth with his third homer of the season. Craig Gentry doubled with one out and reached third on an error by left fielder Curtis Granderson. Ryan Tepera replaced Estrada and gave up Caleb Joseph's RBI double.
