Winker hit an opposite-field homer to left on the first pitch from Agrazal for a 1-0 lead.
Winker led off the third with a single to center and came home on the two-run shot by Suarez to make it 3-0.
Agrazal was removed after hitting two batters in the fourth inning. Michael Feliz entered with the bases loaded and two outs and got Joey Votto to fly out to right.
