Milwaukee's Yasmani Grandal homered and had two RBIs as the Brewers broke their five-game losing streak with a 6-5 win over the visiting Cincinnati Reds on Saturday afternoon.

Grandal had a solo homer, double, two runs scored and a walk in a 2-for-3 day batting from the leadoff spot. Mike Moustakas went 2-for-4 with a double and a run.

Christian Yelich was 0-for-3 and had his 18-game hitting streak broken.

Reliever Matt Albers (4-2) collected the win with 1 1/3 innings of hitless relief.

Lefty closer Josh Hader recorded six straight outs to notch his 18th save in 19 chances, striking out four.

The Milwaukee bullpen recorded 13 consecutive outs to end the game and finished with 4 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.

Yasiel Puig bashed a two-run homer, and Eugenio Suarez hit a solo shot for the Reds, who had their season-best six-game winning streak snapped.

Derek Dietrich tripled, drove in a run, and became the first major leaguer ever to be hit six times by pitches in a series.

Cincinnati ace Luis Castillo (7-2) had his second bad outing in Milwaukee, tossing 3 2/3 innings, allowing six runs (four earned) and walking five to lose to the Brewers for the second time this season.

Dietrich ripped a triple into the right-field corner to drive in Jesse Winker, and Puig followed by golfing an 89 mph low fastball out to left-center for his 16th homer and a 3-0 lead.

Batting leadoff, Grandal cut it to 3-1 by lining Castillo's second offering, a 96.8 mph fastball, out to center for his 17th homer in the home half of the first.

With the bases loaded, Reds shortstop Jose Iglesias bobbled Orlando Arcia's grounder then fired it over first baseman Joey Votto's head for two errors, allowing Yelich and Moustakas to score.

Travis Shaw pushed Milwaukee ahead 4-3 with an RBI groundout.

Suarez broke a home run drought by clubbing his 16th dinger down the left-field line off a hanging slider in the third to tie it 4-4.

Grandal's RBI double and Lorenzo Cain's run-scoring bloop single in the fourth made it 6-4.

Suarez's RBI groundout in the fifth made it 6-5 and chased Brewers starter Jhoulys Chacin with two outs. Chacin allowed five runs and six hits over 4 2/3 innings.
