Blake Griffin had 16 points and 11 rebounds and Chris Paul added 11 points and 15 assists as the Clippers extended their winning streak to four games with their first victory in Cleveland since March 2002.
Rookie Dion Waiters scored 17 points and C.J. Miles had 16 for the Cavaliers, who played their third consecutive game without leading scorer Kyrie Irving (hyperextended knee).
Los Angeles led by as many as 14 points in the second quarter but had the lead trimmed to five before taking a 77-68 edge into the fourth quarter.
Crawford then sparked the game-breaking run, scoring nine points - including a four-point play - in a 22-8 spurt as the Clippers pushed the lead to 99-76 with just over 4 1/2 minutes to play.
