Hawks 108, Magic 76: Josh Smith had 30 points and 10 rebounds and Al Horford added 26 and 12 as visiting Atlanta routed Orlando.

Jeff Teague had 11 assists and the Hawks collected 17 offensive rebounds while defeating the Magic for the third time this season and seventh consecutive time overall.

Jameer Nelson and Andrew Nicholson scored 10 points apiece as Orlando lost for the 13th time in 14 games.

The Magic led 15-11 seven-plus minutes into the contest before Atlanta began asserting control with seven consecutive points. The Hawks led 25-19 after one quarter and then increased their advantage to as many as 25 points in the second quarter en route to a 57-36 lead at the break.

The onslaught continued as Atlanta opened the second half with a 10-2 run. The lead reached 30 for the first time on Anthony Tolliver’s layup with 5:24 left in the third quarter and the Hawks’ largest advantage was 38 points.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Magic F Hedo Turkoglu was suspended 20 games by the NBA after testing positive for a steroid called methenolone.
