PACERS 102, CAVALIERS 83: Danny Granger had 18 points and Indiana outscored visiting Cleveland 15-3 to start the third quarter to beat the Cavaliers for the second time in three nights.

George Hill had 15 points and seven assists starting again in place of Darren Collison, who has missed three games with a strained groin.
