76ers 107, Bulls 104: Michael Carter-Williams had 26 points and 10 assists and Evan Turner scored 20 points as host Philadelphia rallied from a 20-point deficit to stun Chicago.

Spencer Hawes added 18 points and 11 rebounds and Thaddeus Young scored 13 points for the 76ers. Philadelphia is 3-0 for the first time since 2006-07.

Carlos Boozer had 22 points and 10 rebounds and Luol Deng added 20 points for the Bulls, who have lost two of three games. Derrick Rose had 13 points and six assists but was just 4-of-14 from the field and committed eight turnovers.

The 76ers used a 14-4 run to take a 100-99 lead on Carter-Williams' basket with 3:29 left but Chicago recovered to go up 104-102 lead on Rose’s 3-pointer with 2:12 to play. Turner scored the next three points and Hawes swished a 16-footer with 5.9 seconds left to give Philadelphia a three-point lead before Deng missed a tying 3-point attempt.

Chicago led by 20 late in the second quarter en route to a 64-49 halftime advantage. Philadelphia dominated the third quarter and closed with a 20-6 spurt to trail by just one entering the final quarter.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The 76ers held Chicago to 32.6 percent from the field in the second half after the Bulls shot 57.4 percent in the opening half. … Philadelphia was 11-of-22 from 3-point range, with Young and G Tony Wroten each knocking down three. … Rose is just 15-of-52 shooting over the first three games.
