Pau Gasol had 20 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks and Andrew Bynum added 15 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to an 86-78 victory over the visiting Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night.
Kobe Bryant scored only 10 points on 5-of-18 shooting from the field. Andrew Goudelock also scored 10 for the Lakers.
Atlanta's Joe Johnson had 15 points to surpass 10,000 for his career. Josh Smith had 15 points and nine rebounds and Jeff Teague scored 18 for the Hawks.
Atlanta (18-11) has lost six consecutive games at Los Angeles, which improved to 12-2 at home.
Bryant was just 1 of 10 in the first half but scored eight points in the third to help the Lakers take a 67-55 lead into the fourth.
Goudelock made back-to-back baskets to give the Lakers a 66-53 lead early in the fourth and they maintained it from there.
The Lakers (17-12) did continue their sharp shooting from outside, going 8 of 17 on 3-pointers. Atlanta was just 7 of 27 from 3-point range.
