Chubb gave the Browns the lead on a 3-yard run with 9:06 remaining. A 2-point conversion pass from Mayfield to backup tight end Demetrius Harris made it 28-25.

The Seahawks took their first lead, 25-20, with 6:00 left in the third quarter on a 6-yard pass from Wilson to Jaron Brown. Brown also caught a 17-yard TD pass from Wilson with 22 seconds left in the first half to pull the Seahawks within 20-18. A 2-point conversion run by C.J. Prosise failed.
The Browns took a 20-6 lead on the first play of the second quarter as Mayfield hit tight end Ricky Seals-Jones with a 31-yard scoring strike. Austin Seibert's extra point was wide left.
Jason Myers kicked 38- and 20-yard field goals to pull Seattle within 20-12.
Both teams scored on their first drives.
Cleveland's Dontrell Hilliard returned the opening kickoff 74 yards to the Seattle 23-yard line. Three plays later, Chubb rushed around the left end for a 7-yard score.
The Seahawks responded with a seven-play, 75-yard drive, with Wilson scoring on a 16-yard run up the middle. Myers' extra point was wide right, leaving the score 7-6.
