Pacers 118, Trail Blazers 113 (OT): George Hill racked up a career-best 37 points as host Indiana roared back to beat struggling Portland.

After drawing even on Hill's 3-pointer with 8.3 seconds left in regulation, Indiana took control just past the midway point of overtime. Hill's short jumper gave the Pacers the lead for good with 2:20 remaining, David West followed with a steal and a slam and Roy Hibbert put the game away after Paul George's feed with one minute left.

Hill added nine rebounds and eight assists while West chipped in with 30 points and 10 rebounds for the Pacers, who have won four in a row. Damian Lillard erupted for 38 points and added 11 assists in defeat as the Trail Blazers fell for the fourth time in six games.

Trailing 50-45 at the half, Indiana surged in front on West's short jumper and subsequent free throw with 6:56 remaining in the third quarter. The Blazers rode six straight points from C.J. McCollum and Lillard's circus-shot 3-pointer as part of a four-point play to a 77-71 advantage entering the fourth.

Wesley Matthews' 3-pointer capped a 7-0 run that put an end to an Indiana rally, but the Pacers surged ahead on two foul shots from Hill with 3:24 remaining and the teams swapped leads down the stretch. George missed Indiana's initial chance at a game-tying shot with 12 seconds remaining, but Hibbert grabbed the rebound and hit Hill on the left wing for a catch-and-shoot 3-pointer.
