Reserves Thaddeus Young and Lou Williams added 20 and 19 points, respectively, as the Sixers (32-30) received 67 points from their bench in winning for the sixth time in seven games.
Andre Iguodala turned in his second consecutive triple-double and third in seven games with 15 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. Philadelphia had seven players score in double figures in improving to 29-17 after a 3-13 start to the season.
The Warriors (27-35) wasted another stellar performance by Monta Ellis, who finished with 27 points and scored his team's final 14 points of regulation, including a pair of 3-pointers in the final 10 seconds to push the game into overtime.
Stephen Curry scored 22 points for Golden State, which fell to 1-4 on its current seven-game road trip and lost for the sixth time in seven games.
