Danny Granger scored 27 points and Darren Collison added 21 and a season-high 13 assists Tuesday as the Indiana Pacers outlasted the Philadelphia 76ers, 111-103, to end a nine-game road losing streak.
Mike Dunleavy chipped in 20 points and Tyler Hansbrough collected 12 and nine rebounds for Indiana, which snapped a three-game overall slide and won for just the second time in the last eight games.
The Pacers blew a 16-point third-quarter lead but won on the road for the first time since Nov. 30 at sacramento.
With the Pacers leading, 84-81, at the beginning of the fourth quarter, Philadelphia went right to work erasing the deficit, opening with an 8-0 burst to grab the lead. But Indiana came back, using a 13-5 spurt to regain control.
Jrue Holiday’s 3-pointer tied it again and Granger and Elton Brand traded baskets to make it 99-99 with 2:31 to play. But Collison and Roy Hibbert knocked down back-to-back short jumpers and the 76ers were never able to respond, managing one basket over the next two minutes.
Holiday finished with 19 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for Philadelphia.
