Phillies 7, Marlins 3 (11): John Mayberry Jr. hit a tying home run in the 10th and a walk-off grand slam with two outs in the 11th as Philadelphia handed Miami its ninth consecutive road loss.

Domonic Brown reached on an error to open the 11th when Edgar Olmos (0-1) could not cleanly field his infield dribbler near first base. Freddy Galvis was intentionally walked with two outs after a sacrifice bunt from pinch hitter Kyle Kendrick, and Erik Kratz drew a four-pitch walk to load the bases.

Mayberry, who hit a solo homer off Marlins closer Steve Cishek one inning earlier, drilled a 1-1 fastball into the left-field stands for his first career grand slam. Michael Stutes (1-0) worked around a hit in the top half of the 11th for the victory.

The Marlins jumped out to an early 2-0 lead as starter Ricky Nolasco held Philadelphia to one hit through six frames before giving up a leadoff double to Ryan Howard and an RBI double to Delmon Young in the seventh. Kratz chased Nolasco with his two-out, pinch-hit double high off the wall in right to knot the game at 2.

Juan Pierre coaxed a 10-pitch walk to open the 10th, moved to second on a sacrifice and stole third before scoring on a wild pitch to put Miami back in front. But Mayberry countered in the bottom half with his first homer into the seats in left-center to tie the game.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Philadelphia 3B Michael Young returned to the starting lineup for the first time since May 28 and went 1-for-5. The seven-time All-Star was held out of the lineup Monday and missed the previous five games to tend to his nine-month-old son after the boy was hospitalized. … Second base umpire Bob Davidson drew the ire of the Citizens Bank Park crowd on a double-play grounder by Young in the eighth. Davidson ruled that Ben Revere used a roll block to break up the double play at second base (resulting in both runners being called out), but replays showed that Revere did not appear to make contact with Marlins 2B Derek Dietrich. … The Phillies have won seven of their last nine and 20 of their last 27 games against the Marlins at home.
