Pacers 125, Knicks 91: Paul George scored 20 of his 27 points in a dominating first half as host Indiana shredded New York en route to the blowout victory.
David West added 18 points and nine rebounds for the Pacers, who rolled up a season-high point total and scored 74 in the opening half to improve to 17-2 in their last 19 home games, while sending the Knicks to their third consecutive defeat.
Indiana had scored 81 and 76 points in splitting a pair of meetings with New York this season, but hit five straight 3-point attempts during a 44-point second-quarter eruption to pull within one-half game of the Knicks for second place in the Eastern Conference.
Tyson Chandler had 19 points and 11 rebounds and Carmelo Anthony scored 15 for New York, which watched the Pacers seize control with a 13-2 burst to push the lead to 20 points less than three minutes into the second quarter.
Indiana, which led 74-44 at halftime, stole a page out of the Knicks' playbook by connecting on 11-of-24 3-point attempts. Meanwhile, league-best New York shot a dismal 1-of-15 in the first half from behind the arc and wound up 5-of-28.
