Campbell scored 10 unanswered points down the stretch to power its way past Auburn 61-54 at the Global Sports Hoops Showcase on Saturday.
Auburn (0-3) led by as many as eight points in the second half but could never put away the Camels (2-2), who used a 9-0 run to pull ahead 43-42 with 10:42 remaining.
The lead continued to change hands, with Auburn taking its last lead on a 3-pointer by Andre Malone with 6:28 left that gave the Tigers a 49-47 edge.
Auburn, however, did not score again until Malone hit another three with seven seconds to go. By that time, Campbell had pulled ahead by eight and taken control of the game.
Amir Celestin, whose free throws with 2:56 left broke a 49-49 tie, led the Camels with 13 points while Eric Griffin added 10.
Malone led Auburn with 17 points.
