Pistons 114, Jazz 94: Andre Drummond had 19 points and 14 rebounds and Rodney Stuckey also scored 19 points as Detroit dominated Utah to break its 13-game road losing streak.

Greg Monroe had 18 points and 11 rebounds and Brandon Jennings contributed 15 points and eight assists as the Pistons also halted a 10-game losing streak in Salt Lake City and posted their second win in the last 23 visits. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 13 points and Josh Smith scored 12 as Detroit snapped a five-game overall losing streak.

Gordon Hayward had 32 points and six assists for the Jazz, who have lost seven of their last eight games. Trey Burke added 15 points and Enes Kanter had 14 as last-place Utah fell a full game behind the Los Angeles Lakers at the bottom of the Western Conference.

Detroit held a three-point lead after one quarter before breaking it open with a 34-point second quarter to take a 60-40 lead. The Pistons shot 61 percent from the field in the half and Drummond hit all eight of his attempts.

The lead grew to 25 early in the third quarter before the Jazz went on an 18-5 surge to pull within 76-64. Detroit stretched its advantage to 86-69 entering the final stanza and pushed the lead back up to 20 on Stuckey’s 3-pointer midway through the fourth while notching its first road win since beating the Washington Wizards on Jan. 18.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Drummond was 9-of-10 from the field as the Pistons shot 55.4 percent and recorded a 53-33 rebounding edge. … Jazz G Alec Burks (ankle) missed his second straight game. … The victory was Detroit’s first in Salt Lake City since an 80-78 triumph on Nov. 6, 2002.
