Pacers 93, Wizards 73: Paul George scored 23 points on 10-of-19 shooting as Indiana cruised to its 11th straight home win over Washington.
Roy Hibbert tallied 13 points and eight rebounds and George Hill scored 13 for the Pacers, who have won six straight overall and improved to 9-0 at home. Lance Stephenson contributed 11 rebounds and 10 assists to go with seven points and eight turnovers for Indiana.
Marcin Gortat led Washington with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Trevor Ariza added 14 points. The Wizards did not score any fast-break points and gave up 26 points off 18 turnovers.
The Wizards led by as many as four early, but Indiana reeled off a 12-0 run to end the first quarter and take a 28-14 advantage. Washington surged within 35-30 midway through the second and trailed 43-36 at the break.
Hibbert scored six points during a 9-2 spurt to start the third quarter and the lead didn't dip into single digits the rest of the way. An 11-1 Indiana run to open the fourth pushed it to 80-57 and the Pacers cruised from there.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Hill surpassed 4,000 points in his career. … The Wizards were without PF Nene (Achilles) and played their third game without SG Bradley Beal, who will miss at least two weeks with a stress injury to right fibula. … Washington PG John Wall was held to eight points on 4-for-14 shooting after averaging 29.5 points over the previous four games.
