Mavericks 107, 76ers 100: O.J. Mayo scored a game-high 26 points and dished out eight assists as host Dallas ended its three-game losing streak.
Chris Kaman contributed 20 points and Shawn Marion added 14 and nine rebounds for the Mavericks, who improved to 8-3 at home and 6-0 against Eastern Conference teams at American Airlines Center.
Dorell Wright was 7-of-13 from 3-point range en route to a team-high 25 points and Spencer Hawes scored 18 for Philadelphia, which lost its fourth straight. Guard Jrue Holiday missed his third consecutive contest with a sprained left foot.
After Nick Young opened the scoring with a 22-foot jump shot, Dallas went on an 11-0 run and maintained the lead until Lavoy Allen's jumper with 9:07 remaining in the second quarter gave Philadelphia a 34-32 edge. The Mavericks trailed by three before a 9-0 spurt gave them a 45-39 advantage with 4:45 left in the first half.
The 76ers moved back ahead in the third on a layup by Thaddeus Young, but Mayo scored the final five points of the quarter to put Dallas up 76-74. Brandan Wright contributed six points during an 8-2 spurt early in the fourth, and Mayo and Kaman combined to score 15 straight for the Mavericks to offset four 3-pointers by Wright and secure the win.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Philadelphia reached the 100-point mark for just the third time in its last 14 meetings with Dallas. ... Marion hit a bank shot with 7:41 remaining in the first quarter to eclipse the 16,000-point plateau for his career. ...
