Joey Daccord made 32 saves and oft-injured Andre Burakovsky scored his first goal of the season as the Seattle Kraken defeated the visiting Ottawa Senators 4-1 on Thursday night.

Yanni Gourde, Tomas Tatar and Vince Dunn also scored for the Kraken, who won their sixth game in a row.

Filling in for the injured Philipp Grubauer (lower body), Daccord has been the catalyst for the Kraken's franchise-record 10-game points streak (8-0-2). He posted his first career NHL shutout Dec. 12 against Florida, then blanked defending Stanley Cup champion Vegas on Monday in the Winter Classic at T-Mobile Park, the Seattle Mariners' home stadium.

His bid for a second consecutive shutout ended at 12:20 of the third period, as Parker Kelly stood just outside the top of the crease and tipped Dominik Kubalik's shot from the blue line. Daccord got a piece of the redirected shot but the puck fell behind him and trickled toward the net. Defenseman Vince Dunn made a diving attempt to try to clear the puck off the goal line but Kelly reached past the goalie and muscled it into the net.

Joonas Korpisalo stopped 24 of 27 shots for the Senators, who dropped to 0-2-0 on their five-game road swing.

The Kraken opened the scoring at 9:50 of the first period. Eeli Tolvanen intercepted a clearing attempt in the Ottawa zone and fired a shot from just outside the right faceoff circle. Korpisalo made the save, but there were two Seattle players alone at the top of the crease and Gourde swiped the rebound into the net.

Seattle doubled its advantage at 15:20 of the second. Dunn sent a cross-ice stretch pass to Jordan Eberle along the right-wing boards at the blue line. Eberle's nifty one-touch pass sent Tatar in alone and he faked a backhander to get Korpisalo out of position and slid the puck into the net.

The Kraken made it 3-0 at 19:03 of the second after Ottawa's Tim Stutzle lost an edge just inside the offensive blue line, leading to a two-on-one Seattle rush. Kailer Yamamoto skated the puck down the right wing before making a centering pass to Burakovsky, who beat Korpisalo with a wrist shot just inside the left post. Burakovsky was playing in just his 10th game of the season after a pair of stints on the injured list.

Dunn scored an empty-netter at 17:47 of the third.
