Coyotes 6, Flames 0: Lauri Korpikoski celebrated being selected for the Finnish Olympic team with a goal and two assists while Thomas Greiss made 27 saves as host Phoenix handed Calgary its fourth shutout loss in six games.

Martin Hanzal, Mikkel Boedker, captain Shane Doan and defenseman Michael Stone each scored and set up a goal while Rob Klinkhammer also tallied for Phoenix, which won for just the third time in 11 games (3-4-4). Radim Vrbata and Mike Ribeiro registered two assists apiece as Greiss posted his second career shutout and first as a member of the Coyotes.

Reto Berra stopped 24 shots for the Flames, who have lost five of six. Calgary has scored a total of one goal in the defeats.

After a scoreless first period, Phoenix scored twice in a 96-second span early in the middle session to take control. Boedker's pass attempt from behind the net bounced off Doan's shoulder and in at 2:07 before Hanzal fired the puck into an open net after Korpikoski's blast from the top of the left faceoff circle hit Vrbata in the back of the leg and caromed across the slot.

Boedker made it 3-0 with 7:20 remaining in the second with a shot from the left circle. Korpikoski knocked his own rebound past Berra from the doorstep at 9:02 of the third and made a drop pass to set up Stone for a blast from the top of the right circle with 4:24 remaining to complete his three-point performance.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Boedker raised his season point total to 29, a career high. The 24-year-old Dane recorded 28 points as a rookie in 2008-09. ... In addition to Korpikoski, two other Coyotes were named to Olympic rosters Tuesday - G Mike Smith (Canada) and D Oliver Ekman-Larsson (Sweden). Hanzal and D Zbynek Michalek were selected to represent Czech Republic on Monday. ... Doan and Boedker are tied for the team lead with 13 goals apiece.
