Spurs 117, Bucks 110: Tim Duncan recorded 28 points and 13 rebounds while Tony Parker added 23 points and 11 assists as visiting San Antonio extended its winning streak to seven games.
Manu Ginobili added 16 points off the bench for the Spurs, who have scored at least 100 seven times in their last eight games.
Brandon Jennings had a game-high 31 points, John Henson contributed 20 and nine rebounds and fellow reserve Mike Dunleavy chipped in 19 points for the Bucks, who have lost six of their last seven meetings with San Antonio.
Monta Ellis hit a jump shot 20 seconds into the game and Larry Sanders sank a pair of free throws 32 seconds later to give Milwaukee its final lead at 4-3. Duncan scored seven straight points and the Spurs finished the first quarter with a 33-22 advantage.
San Antonio led by as many as 21 points in the second and 23 in the third before taking a 93-81 advantage into the fourth. The Bucks went on a late 8-0 run to get within 115-110 with 13.1 seconds remaining, but Patty Mills made two free throws with 12.3 on the clock to seal the win.
