Viktor Arvidsson had two goals and two assists for the Los Angeles Kings in a 6-3 home win against the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday night.

Trevor Moore had a goal and three assists, Phillip Danault had a goal and two assists and Jonathan Quick made 34 saves for the Kings.

Joel Farabee had a goal and an assist, Cam Atkinson had three assists and Martin Jones made 28 saves for the Flyers, who lost in regulation for the first time in their past eight games (5-1-2).

Arvidsson tied the third-fastest goal in team history when he gave the Kings a 1-0 lead 12 seconds into the game.

Later in the period, Atkinson was awarded a penalty shot after he stole the puck in the neutral zone and got his legs taken out from behind by Danault on the breakaway, but Quick came up with the save.

Philadelphia scored 44 seconds later, however, tying the score at 1-1. Quick made back-to-back saves on Atkinson, but lost sight of the puck and Farabee pushed it across the goal line for his 10th of the season.

The Kings moved back ahead 2-1 at 14:27 of the first when Moore swiped in his own rebound after a wraparound try by Danault.

The Kings had 46 seconds remaining on a two-man advantage when the second period began.

Adrian Kempe scored on a one-timer from the top of the right circle just as the five-on-three expired, taking advantage of a broken stick by Flyers forward Patrick Brown and extending the lead to 3-1.

The Kings made it 4-1 when Brendan Lemieux held off Philadelphia defenseman Kevin Connauton as he drove to the net and slid the puck past Jones at 13:27 of the second period.

The Flyers had a two-man advantage for 32 seconds and pulled Jones for a three-man advantage. Kevin Hayes scored on a one-timer from the bottom of the right circle to make it 4-2 at 2:42 of the third period.

Danault made it 5-2 off a feed from Moore at 11:17.

Ivan Provorov scored on a slap shot with 3:59 left to make it 5-3, but Arvidsson restored a three-goal edge when he scored into an empty net with 1:44 left.
