Jesus Sanchez finished 3-for-5 with a pair of RBI doubles, including a go-ahead hit in the seventh inning, as the visiting Miami Marlins defeated the Atlanta Braves 4-3 on Saturday.

Jake Burger homered and also drove in two runs as the Marlins snapped a two-game skid.

Matt Olson went 2-for-4 with one RBI for Atlanta and Marcell Ozuna hit a solo home run, but the Braves had their four-game winning streak snapped.

With the score tied 3-3, losing pitcher Pierce Johnson (4-3) entered in the seventh and ran into immediate trouble, giving up a single to Nick Fortes and a walk to Xavier Edwards. Burger grounded into a double play, but Sanchez slashed his double to left field, scoring Fortes.

Atlanta began the scoring in the first inning against Miami starter Kyle Tyler when Olson laced a two-out single that scored Jorge Soler, who led off with a walk.

The Marlins knotted the score in the top of the third when Burger launched his 17th homer of the year, a solo shot off Braves starter Grant Holmes.

Ozuna got that run back in the bottom of the inning, swatting his 32nd homer of the year to give the Braves a 2-1 lead. Olson followed with a single, Orlando Arcia walked and Travis d'Arnaud singled to load the bases. Eddie Rosario's groundout scored the second run of the inning and spelled the end of the night for Tyler.

In 2 2/3 innings, Tyler allowed three runs on five hits and four walks. He struck out two.

The Marlins pulled even in the top of the fifth. Holmes retired the first two batters, but Fortes and Edwards singled. Burger's single drove in the first run of the inning, and Sanchez followed with an RBI double to center.

Following an intentional walk to Jonah Bride, Holmes was pulled after 4 2/3 innings. He gave up three runs on seven hits with one walk and four strikeouts.

Winning pitcher Declan Cronin (3-3) entered to start the fifth and threw two scoreless innings with two strikeouts.

Calvin Faucher pitched the ninth for Miami. After retiring Rosario, Faucher gave up a single to Jarred Kelenic. Faucher then struck out Whit Merrifield and Soler to pick up his first save of the season and the second of his career.
