Randal Grichuk hit a three-run home run, Cavan Biggio had a solo shot and the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Baltimore Orioles 5-2 Saturday night at Buffalo.
Grichuk, who entered the game in the sixth inning, has 12 homers this season, seven against the Orioles (25-34).
The Blue Jays (32-27) lead the season series with the Orioles 8-1.
Blue Jays starter T.J. Zeuch allowed no runs and five hits in five innings.
He was replaced by Chase Anderson (1-2), who allowed one hit and struck out four in two innings. Anthony Bass pitched a perfect 1 1/3 innings for his seventh save.
Orioles left-hander John Means (2-4) allowed only one hit, Biggio's homer, and walked one while striking out nine in six innings.
Zeuch pitched around doubles in the second and the fourth innings. On the second double, Rio Ruiz hit a drive that hit the top of the right-field wall and bounced back to the field. A video review confirmed that it was a double.
Means, after walking his second batter of the game, retired 16 in a row before hanging a slider to Biggio, who hit his eighth homer to right field.
Hunter Harvey replaced Means in the seventh. He hit Teoscar Hernandez with a pitch, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. reached first base on an error by second Ramon Urias, and Grichuk followed with a homer on the first pitch.
Grichuk took over in center field and Jonathan Davis moved from center to left field when Lourdes Gurriel Jr. departed with a bruise, the result of a first-inning foul ball.
Austin Hays led off the eighth with an infield single against Ross Stripling and scored on a double by Jose Iglesias. Ryan Mountcastle hit an RBI single off the top of the right-field wall but was thrown out at second by Hernandez.
Stripling left after being hit on the shin by DJ Stewart's drive that resulted in an out at first.
Toronto scored in the bottom of the eighth on singles by Biggio and Jonathan Villar and a fielder's choice grounder back to the mound by Guerrero on an error by catcher Pedro Severino.
